Yearly Seasonal Contract Dates
Vehicle pick-ups May 1st – 8th, 2027
Things to know:
*We store: rv’s, travel trailers, pop-ups, boats, cars, & motorcycles, canoes, etc.
*Reservations accepted NOW!
FALL DROP-OFF
*NO VEHICLES MAY BE DROPPED OFF PRIOR TO COMPETING A STORAGE CONTRACT
*Winter Storage Contract is seasonal, full payment is due at start of season. (not monthly)
* Full Storage Payment is due at time of vehicle drop off at fairgrounds
*Payment is check or cash, CC payment has additional transaction fee of 4%.
*Provide copy of proof of insurance on your vehicle at the time of storage contract completion.
*Insurance MUST be kept on the vehicle for the entire storage season.
*At drop off, Unhook the battery on vehicle, check that hitch height is at the recommended height. No concrete blocks
*Vehicles dropped off in October for the Commercial Bldg. will be outside until November.
*There is no access to vehicles during the storage season.
*ALL EARLY OUTS MUST be declared at time of contract completion.
*Undeclared early outs will be charged an early out fee (one hour minimum).
Fee based on number of vehicles needed to be moved to access customers vehicle.
*No refunds for early outs. We do not store electric vehicles.
SPRING PICK-UP
*Buildings will start to be emptied on April 15th, 2027,
Starting with the Commercial Bldg. & J.L. Pavilion.
Other buildings will be emptied gradually between April 15th and May 1st, 2027
*All winter storage items must be picked up no later than May 9th, 2027.
Items not picked up by the deadline will incur a late pick-up fee.
Cost
Determination of Cost
Based on Vehicle Complete Length and Storage Rate/Foot of Building
(from hitch ball to end of vehicle (including stored tires, props, trailers, etc.)
Formula for Cost
Complete Length of Vehicle (in ft) X Rate/Foot of Building (then add tax to total)
Total x Tax= Cost of FULL SEASONAL WINTER STORAGE
Buildings Cost per running foot of vehicle
Group A Buildings $16.50 per running foot, include either the Commercial Building or Badger Building. Cement, closed & locked
Group B Buildings $15.50 per running foot, include either
Progress Hall or Horse Barn. Enclosed, dirt floor & locked)
Group C Buildings $14.00 per running foot, include either John Litscher Pavilion or WCCU Livestock Pavilion. Open on two sides, cement floor – no lock)
Group D Buildings $14.00 per running foot, include either Progress Hall (Jay’s Ag & Turf Barn) or Barn # 15; (McFarlanes’ Poultry & Rabbit Barn). Open air on four sides w/wire, dirt floor – no lock)
Group E OUTSIDE $ 6.00 per running foot, No Building, outside on grass, Open.
Group F $50.00 per season, Canoes and Kayaks
Group G $90 per season, Motorcycles and mopeds.
Cost Example:
Progress Hall – rate $15.50/ft (full length)
25 ft vehicle x $15.50/ft=$387.50
$387.50 x .055=$21.31 tax
$387.50 cost + $21.31 tax=$408.81 total for the season- Nov to April end date.
